First and foremost, a piece of furniture from Walnut Wood Works is more than a piece of furniture. Every piece that comes out of the WWW studio is a one of a kind work of art, painstakingly crafted by hand right here in Bell Buckle, TN with attention paid to every detail, and it shows.
Secondly, all of our inspiration, and materials come from nature. And as such we use only standing dead and deadfall lumber. We personally select our wood, responsibly harvest it, and give it new life as a work of art.

Butcher's Block Factory Cart From Walnut Wood Works
This is a stunning example of "Rainbow Poplar" which is actually Yellow Poplar that grew in a mineral rich area, causing the beautiful "stains" (colors) you see here. This table is constructed using centuries old through mortise and tenon joinery, making it easy to disassemble and move. The top is inset with Black Walnut dutchmen, and the trestle is made of a gorgeous Black Walnut branch.
